Egg tray chemicals

NHP-E41

Strengthening aid is a polymer-based additive designed to improve fiber-to-fiber bonding in pulp slurry. It increases the strength properties of molded fiber products by improving the adhesion between cellulose fibers, resulting in better compression strength, stacking strength, and resistance to handling damage.

It is especially beneficial for egg tray manufacturers using 100% recycled waste paper, where fiber quality is often reduced due to repeated recycling.

NHP-E33

Water proofing agent is a specially formulated hydrophobic chemical additive that deposits a water-resistant layer on cellulose fibers. It improves the Cobb value (water absorption resistance) and helps retain the mechanical strength of egg trays when exposed to moisture.

It is particularly useful for manufacturers using recycled paper pulp, where natural fiber resistance to water is low.

NHPE100

Loose fiber solution is a specially formulated blend of fiber dispersing agents, surfactants, and processing aids designed to improve the hydration and separation of recycled cellulose fibers during pulping. It promotes better fiber distribution in the pulp slurry, resulting in improved molding performance, uniform thickness, and better product appearance.

It is particularly useful for egg tray manufacturers using waste paper, corrugated boxes, and recycled fiber, where fiber shortening and poor dispersion can affect product quality.
