Super Core is a specialized manufacturer of high-compression-strength spiral paper cores, engineered for demanding industrial applications where strength, dimensional stability, consistency and reliable performance matter.
From 3-inch to 12-inch diameters and wall thicknesses from approximately 2 mm to 20 mm, we manufacture customized paper cores to meet diverse industrial requirements.

Our high-CS cores are designed for applications requiring superior radial compression strength, layer bonding, dimensional stability and load-bearing capability.

IN-HOUSE ADHESIVE TECHNOLOGY
Super Core uses specially developed, high-performance adhesives manufactured by our group company, Fine Industries. These adhesives are engineered specifically for spiral paper-core manufacturing to create a strong bond between successive paper layers, helping optimize the strength and integrity of the finished core.

PAPER SELECTION
Kraft and specialty papers selected according to the required strength and application.

PRECISION ADHESIVE APPLICATION
Controlled application of our specially developed core adhesive.

SPIRAL WINDING
Multiple paper plies are continuously wound around a precision mandrel at a controlled winding angle and tension.

LAYER BONDING
The adhesive bonds the individual spiral layers to form a strong composite structure.

CONTROLLED DRYING
The wound core is dried and stabilized to develop the required bond strength and dimensional stability.

CUTTING & FINISHING
Cores are cut to the required length and finished according to customer specifications.

QUALITY INSPECTION
Dimensions, appearance, bonding and mechanical performance are checked according to the required specification.
